For another consecutive year, Veson Nautical entrusted All About Events with the planning and execution of its prestigious Global Meeting and Awards Ceremony. Our team was responsible for the overall handling of the conference, including coordination with the AV company, while actively contributing to the seamless organization and execution of the entire event. Following the conference sessions, guests were transferred to Ble Pavillon for the Gala Dinner. The evening began with a cocktail reception, offering guests the opportunity to network before the official program commenced. The ceremony featured welcome speeches and the presentation of awards honoring key partners and important milestones. The celebration continued with an elegant gala dinner accompanied by a live violin performance, creating a refined and sophisticated atmosphere. The awards ceremony was complemented by captivating entertainment, including dynamic LED wings performers who added a visually striking element to the evening.
