The conference at Grand Hyatt Athens commenced on March 12th with a series of small meetings, setting the stage for the main conference in the following days. The program included numerous presentations, keynote speeches, and panel discussions, providing participants with an engaging and informative experience.
Project Description
The welcome dinner on March 13th took place on the hotel’s rooftop, offering a warm introduction to the days ahead. Guests enjoyed a breathtaking view and a relaxed atmosphere, perfectly complementing the event’s opening.
The following day featured the all-day conference, and attendees were treated to an exclusive private tour of the Acropolis Museum with professional guides. The tour ended to the museum’s restaurant, where guests were offered an elegant dining experience with exceptional cuisine and stunning panoramic view of Parthenon.
The next evening, after the conference, guests gathered for their gala dinner at the Ploes floating venue, a unique space with an exceptional outdoor deck, ideal for a memorable celebration. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, and everyone left delighted with the experience.
On the final day, participants explored Greece’s ancient heritage through two separate itineraries. Half of the group enjoyed a guided tour of Athens city centre and the Acropolis, while the other half travelled to the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus for a full-day tour, which concluded with a soprano recital of ancient texts. Later, the group visited the charming town of Nafplio, strolling through its historic streets and savoring a delightful meal of traditional local cuisine at a welcoming restaurant.
Overall, the conference successfully combined professional engagement with unique cultural and social experiences, leaving all participants inspired, entertained, and thoroughly satisfied.
