For its international Dealer Conference , Rivulis brought together its global dealer network and team members for a dynamic program combining business, networking, team building, and authentic Greek experiences.
All About Events was entrusted with the overall planning and execution of the project, managing the entire event journey — from accommodation and guest transfers to conference organization, AV production, event setup, branding, décor, and on-site coordination.

The program began with a Welcome Cocktail, followed by a fully coordinated conference featuring presentations, discussions, and business sessions. To complement the business agenda, our team organized a dedicated team-building experience and an off-site dinner, creating opportunities for connection and informal networking.
A highlight of the week was the Gala Dinner, transformed into an immersive Greek Night at the hotel. Traditional-inspired décor, live artists, dancers, and carefully curated entertainment created a vibrant atmosphere celebrating Greek culture. Guests were welcomed with a traditional shot of ouzo, setting the tone for an evening filled with Greek spirit and hospitality. The experience concluded with a visit to Rivulis’ manufacturing facility in Inofyta, offering guests an inside look at the company’s operations, production environment, and expertise. From logistics and production to guest experience and cultural programming, All About Events delivered a seamless five-day event that combined the objectives of a global corporate conference with the authentic character and hospitality of Greece.
