From the 8th to the 11th October, 2024, WCAworld hosted their Global Affinity Alliance (GAA) Annual Conference at Divani Caravel Hotel, in Athens. Our company undertook the entire design, production, branding and operation of the conference, as well as the parallel events organized for their 350 prestigious members. Their 4day trip in Athens, commenced with an exclusive welcome cocktail at the hotel, designed with an Ancient Greek and Olympics theme, providing a spectacular blend of history & culture. Guests stepped into a world that echoed the grandeur of ancient Greece, with decorations inspired by Greek columns & olive wreaths and statues of Gods mingling around and witnessed the Ceremonial Dance of the Olympic Games under the vibrant sounds of the Olympic Drummers. The atmosphere was further filled with the sounds of the harp. The closing event was a complete surprise for guests, arranged at Gazarte venue. Comprised of 2 parts, the 1st one being a traditional Greek-themed party, an unforgettable experience full of vibrant colors, rich traditions, and lively music & dance, immersing the guests in the charm of Greek culture. The 2nd part proved to be an amazing twist, having set-up a surprise casino, which added one more exciting element of fun & interaction, and endless memories.
