On December 10th, 2023, TaskUs hosted two unforgettable gatherings: the Grand Opening event for its new offices in Thessaloniki and the End of Year (EOY) party for employees held at Barbarella Live Stage. The opening ceremony was marked by an impressive ribbon-cutting ceremony with TaskUs leaders on stage, celebrating the new space in style. The outdoor area and building were adorned in the company’s colors, with 3D letters and exquisite lighting effects, creating a striking visual. The Fortissimo Quartet added an elegant touch to the evening, setting the tone for the new chapter of TaskUs in Thessaloniki. Later in the evening, the End of Year event at Barbarella Live Stage, was transformed into a vibrant party for the company’s 800 employees. The highlight of the night was a spectacular laser show. A stunning visual spectacle, featuring vibrant & colorful beams, with dynamic text animations. TaskUs values were seamlessly integrated into the show, delivering words of inspiration and excitement, all perfectly synced with the music. Prestige band provided a superb performance, energizing the crowd and ensuring a memorable celebration to mark the end of another successful year in Greece.

TaskUs requested our company to organize a prestigious event to celebrate the opening of their new offices in Thessaloniki and to host their End of Year (EOY) party. Opening took place at the new company’s offices and Barbarella Live Stage for the EOY celebration, creating a spectacular atmosphere for both events.
