Katerina Panoussi

Founder & Managing Director

Katerina is a senior events professional with extensive experience in concept design, production and management of events and conferences for a wide range of companies since 2002. Born in Athens in 1973, she grew up in Pretoria, South Africa, where she completed her high school at Pretoria High School for Girls with awards in Mathematics, and Diligence & Determination in a foreign environment. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce at University of South Africa and further obtained a Master in Business Administration (Marketing major) at Leicester University, UK.   Having started a carrier in Marketing & Public Relations, she moved to the Events Management sector having run major events for both Greek and international accounts. Her love and passion for events lead her establishing her own company “All About Events” in 2007, which she has been successfully managing until today. With efficiency and flexibility, Katerina brings together vision, creativity, know-how & quality to the high standard requirements of her clients. Her life motto is clear and simple: “The big secret in life is that there is no big secret. Whatever your goal, you can get there if you’re willing to work.” katerina@allaboutevents.gr

Oriana Sdeka

Operation & Venue Sourcing Manager

Oriana has a background and expertise in the Communications, Public Relations and Events organizing field. Her career for the past 25 years, has been in the Insurance Market Sector, focusing to Conference & Events organizing, Communications and CSR, having run unique projects in Greece and Abroad with great effectiveness and success. Excellent organizational skills, working experience in a global company, reliability and attention to detail, ability to coordinate multiple activities under pressure and strict deadlines, customer focus and team spirit are Oriana’s skills and competencies. The events industry won her over and became the place where she can combine and bring out her true skills. Her warm and kind nature, the ability to communicate and her passion for people and events has established Oriana as an integral part of the team and ALL ABOUT EVENTS family. Maira Lempesi

Events Executive

Maira is a young creative thinker, who has already proven to be an exceptional talent in the world of event planning. With a natural flair for design and organization, she have taken on and successfully executed some of the most challenging and intricate events in our company. Her creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex logistics make them a key asset to our team. She studied Business Management & Marketing at Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh bringing all the new trends on our table!  Maira continues to impress with their dedication, passion, and an incredible ability to bring unique visions to life, setting a high standard for excellence to ALL ABOUT EVENTS team. Spiridoula Georgousi

Events Executive

Beginning her work career in the IT sector, in the commercial department, Spiridoula has gained strong communication skills. Her creative nature and her passion for originality lead her way to the events industry. She is talented, motivated and focused on the details. Her sincere & loyal personality makes her an important member of ALL ABOUT EVENTS team. Spiridoula has a Bachelor Degree in Political Science & Public Administration and a Master’s Degree in Communication Strategy and Public Relations. Also, her love for CSR actions and human resources sector, lead her to complete a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Organization Analysis to enrich her knowledge.  Born and raised in Southern suburbs of Athens, she likes the sun and sea and she is strongly motivated by the positive things in every single situation. She tries to find new things to get passionate with every day! Iliana Kefalopoulou

Events Executive

Iliana has extensive experience in organizing events, having worked for many years mainly in the music industry as band manager, dj, and events coordinator. Having lived almost half her life abroad, iliana feels a citizen of the world.  She grew up as a kid in Paris, returned to Greece (with her family, she was only 7 years old and they wouldn’t let her travel alone), and finished school in Athens.  She studied journalism in Athens, then went to England for 4 years to read her BA (Hons) in Creative Music Production, and work at the same time.  Iliana then returned to Athens and went deep into the music sector while working as a DJ, radio producer, band manager and events coordinator. In 2012, she migrated yet once more. Iliana went as far north as she could, to Oslo, Norway. She lived there for 7 glorious years, where she managed a local live stage/gastropub and worked also as a DJ, radio producer (old habits die hard) and also as crew in various music festivals.   She lives for music (what a surprise!) and travelling, and she has been a dedicated Kung Fu student for the past 20 years. She loves animals, free speech and good manners. Artistic at heart and an optimist by default, the motto she chooses to share here is:  “The mind is like a parachute. Eirini Antoniadi

Events Coordinator

With a background in marketing, Eirini continued her studies by obtaining a Master’s degree in Event Management, completed in the dynamic city of Barcelona. Her time there provided her with invaluable insights into the global event industry. Immersed in a vibrant cultural and professional environment, she gained a deep appreciation for innovative event management practices and developed a lifelong passion for the field. She is highly skilled in interpersonal communication and time management and her core strengths include flexibility, adaptability, and consistency, all of which are complemented by her exceptional attention to detail. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for her work, she approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and dedication.
