From July 6th to 9th, 2022, A10 Networks hosted an unforgettable incentive trip in Crete, Greece, bringing together 100 distinguished attendees. The 3-day event combined cultural experiences, luxurious settings, and vibrant celebrations to honor the achievements of the group’s top performers. The trip began with a welcome reception and dinner at the Blue Palace hotel, featuring a poolside setup with local artisans showcasing leather goods and a cook preparing “sfakiani” pies. After a speech from the president, guests enjoyed a blue-and-white themed dinner with live lounge music and Greek coffee. Day two included a visit to Spinalonga island, where guests arrived by boat and were greeted by Cretan musicians. After exploring the island, they enjoyed a traditional Greek night in Plaka village with dancers, musicians, “raki,” and a Greek-themed dinner. Guests joined in the dancing to learn the “Greek way.” The trip ended with a farewell dinner at Ammoudi, inspired by Mamma Mia. Guests were greeted with cocktails, enjoyed live pop and Mamma Mia songs, and watched a “Dancing Queen” performance. The evening concluded with a thank-you speech and fireworks lighting the sky.

The carefully curated event combined stunning venues, cultural immersion, and extraordinary entertainment, ensuring a memorable celebration of achievement. The trip began with a warm welcome reception and dinner at the luxurious Blue Palace hotel. Guests were greeted by a custom-designed welcome area featuring local leather artisans and traditional Cretan cooks preparing fresh “sfakiani” pies. The dinner area, elegantly decorated in a blue-and-white theme, provided the perfect backdrop for the president’s speech, followed by a relaxed evening with live lounge music. Day two featured an excursion to the iconic island of Spinalonga, where guests traveled by traditional boats and were welcomed by Cretan musicians. The group then proceeded to Plaka village for a vibrant Greek night, complete with live music, traditional dancers, and a delightful dinner. The experience culminated with guests joining the dance floor to learn “syrtaki” and participate in the traditional plate-breaking ritual. The event concluded with a spectacular farewell dinner at Ammoudi, inspired by the Mamma Mia theme. Guests were greeted at sunset with cocktails, a colorful setup, and live music. The evening featured an exceptional performance of “Dancing Queen” by talented dancers, followed by the president’s thank-you speech and a breathtaking fireworks display to end the trip on a high note. This incentive trip not only celebrated success but also created unforgettable memories, highlighting the company’s dedication to excellence and its people.
