Falcon Club entrusted our company to organize a welcome dinner and an exclusive gala dinner as the highlight of their Annual Event, bringing together their esteemed members for a night of recognition and celebration. The magnificent Royal Myconian Hotel provided the perfect setting for an Traditional Greek and an Ancient Greece-themed evening by the Royal Pool, blending tradition and elegance. Τhe welcome evening the event kicked off with a traditional Greek-themed welcome dinner. Guests were greeted by lively Greek dancers, who set the festive mood while everyone tasted authentic Greek beverages like ouzo and raki. As part of the experience, guests had the chance to meet local characters, including palm readers, and enjoy activities such as making “Kompoloi” (Greek worry beads) and sipping original Greek coffee. The evening concluded with guests dancing to classic Greek tunes, including the iconic syrtaki and Zorba dance.

For the gala dinner, the evening began with guests arriving at the venue, where they were welcomed by a harp player dressed in gold, adding a touch of refinement to the cocktail hour. A custom-designed setting of Ancient Greek columns and gold pedestals adorned with olive branches set the stage for a sophisticated and memorable event. Once all guests had settled into their seats, the awards ceremony commenced, honoring Falcon Club’s top achievers for their exceptional contributions.
