ICEFAT entrusted our company to organize an exceptional gala dinner as the highlight of their Annual Meeting, bringing together members from 80 leading independent art transportation firms worldwide. A warm welcome cocktail and dinner at the luxurious Divani Apollon Hotel, setting the tone for a memorable experience. The ambiance was thoughtfully curated with a minimalist setup, featuring sleek white furniture and branded LED balls placed around the pool, creating an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. A talented jazz trio provided soothing background music, enhancing the chic vibe of the evening. The second day kicked off with an insightful conference held in the hotel’s spacious and well-equipped meeting room, where attendees engaged in meaningful discussions and presentations. In the evening, the group embarked on an unforgettable exploration of the Acropolis, guided by knowledgeable tour guides who shared the rich history and cultural significance of the iconic landmark. For dinner, the group gathered in Thisio, where the evening took on a vibrant, traditional theme. Guests were treated to a spectacular display of Greek folklore with traditional dancers performing in colorful costumes, while a live band played lively tunes, encouraging guests to immerse themselves in the local culture. A saxophone player set the tone with smooth melodies as guests mingled and enjoyed the ambiance. As everyone settled into their seats, the gala dinner unfolded, featuring a delectable menu and carefully curated details to honor the prestigious attendees. The evening transitioned seamlessly into a lively celebration, with a band taking the stage after dinner.
