The event brought together 140 attendees over four unforgettable days, blending Greek culture with luxurious settings and engaging experiences. Project Description
In-N-Out Burger requested our company to organize an exclusive multi-day event to celebrate its Annual Business Trip, which took place in Crete and Santorini, Greece, from June 22nd to 28th, 2022. The event combined luxurious experiences, cultural immersion, and lively celebrations, making it an unforgettable occasion. Day 1: The trip began with a dinner at Blue Palace Hotel, where guests were welcomed by Ancient Greek priestesses and gifted olive wreaths. The venue featured an elegant Ancient Greece-inspired setup, complete with olive trees, gold accents, and a custom backdrop for photo opportunities. Day 2: Guests were welcomed at Plaka by traditional Greek dancers and musicians, who served ouzo upon arrival. The dinner featured Greek Mediterranean cuisine with terracotta pots and seasonal herbs as decor. During the evening, dancers performed three shows of syrtaki and Zorba dances, inviting guests to join the dance floor for a lesson. The night concluded with guests partaking in the joyful Greek tradition of plate-breaking. Day 1: The first dinner in Santorini was hosted at 41 Restaurant, featuring a boho-chic setup by the beach. Guests arrived before sunset and enjoyed dinner accompanied by a violin performance. As the evening progressed, a vibrant LED disco party began, with lighted furniture, a mirror DJ booth, and glow-in-the-dark makeup painted by a makeup artist. A mirror photo booth was available for guests to capture fun moments with playful accessories. Day 2: The farewell dinner at Canaves Epitome Hotel embraced an “all in white” theme, with white flowers and furniture. Guests enjoyed welcome cocktails by the pool, followed by a bubble show. After dinner, a captivating fire show took center stage, and the evening ended with a stunning fireworks display, leaving attendees with lasting memories.
