On November 22nd and 23rd, 2022, the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) hosted the Hybrid RCG Community Dialogue Event at the Royal Olympic Hotel, bringing together 100 participants for a two-day conference focused on innovation and collaboration in the raw materials sector. As part of the well-established Greek Raw Materials Community Dialogue series, organized annually by the Regional Center Greece of EIT Raw Materials since 2016, this year’s event connected major raw materials producers, manufacturers, start-ups, SMEs, and entrepreneurs from Greece and other RIS countries. The goal was to foster networking opportunities and inspire breakthrough solutions by combining traditional expertise with novel ideas. Following each day’s conference sessions, attendees gathered on the hotel’s terrace for lunch and networking, providing an informal setting to exchange ideas and strengthen connections within the raw materials community. This two-day event underscored NTUA’s commitment to advancing innovation and collaboration within the raw materials industry, positioning Greece as a key player in the field.
