Panda Saudi Arabia requested our company to organize a prestigious two-day corporate event to honor and celebrate its top performers. Hosted at Prive Balux and Ble Pavilion, the event combined Greek cultural immersion, engaging activities, and vibrant celebrations, creating a truly memorable experience. This extraordinary event exemplified Panda Saudi Arabia’s dedication to recognizing excellence and creating unforgettable memories for its top performers. The first evening took place at Prive Balux, showcasing a traditional Greek setup with colorful flowers. Guests were greeted by Greek dancers, strolling musicians, and stilt walkers, while enjoying a welcome drink of “ouzo.” Unique cultural activities were offered, including caricature drawings, coffee fortune-telling, and worry bead-making workshops, along with natural herb gifts. The dinner began with live Greek music and traditional dances, and concluded with an engaging performance by Greek dancers. The second evening featured a farewell dinner and awards ceremony at Ble Pavilion, with an ancient Greek theme in a white-and-gold setup. Guests arrived on a red carpet and were welcomed by live statues of Greek gods and Caryatids, who offered themed accessories. The evening included a ceremonial dance, the lighting of the Olympic flame by the president, and an inspiring thank-you speech. After dinner, guests enjoyed a captivating trilogy of performances, including a soprano accompanied by LED dancers, followed by a lively DJ and karaoke party to close the celebration.
