To create a fully immersive experience, we transformed Ploes Floating Venue with branded elements, interactive experiences, and high-energy entertainment. The evening began with guests arriving at the venue, where they were welcomed with a custom-branded entrance, featuring a backdrop for photos and company flags. Upon registration, attendees enjoyed a refreshing welcome drink and captured the moment at the branded photobooth, taking personalized pictures and videos.
