Project Description

Wynford entrusted our company to organize a welcome dinner and an exclusive gala dinner to celebrate and honor their top performers for their exceptional achievements. The stunning Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) was chosen as the venue, with elegant olive-themed decor setting the tone for a night of distinction and celebration. The evening began with guests arriving at the venue, where a custom-designed photo backdrop provided the perfect opportunity to capture memories. As they mingled and enjoyed the ambiance, welcome cocktails were served, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere. Once all guests had settled into their seats, the awards ceremony commenced, recognizing Wynford’s top achievers with bespoke awards to celebrate their outstanding contributions. Each guest also received a thoughtful gift as a token of appreciation for their dedication. Following a delightful dinner featuring a carefully curated menu, the evening transitioned into a vibrant celebration. On the second night, the Gala Night, a local restaurant in Gazi was chosen, featuring a large courtyard. Upon their arrival, guests were greeted by traditionally dressed stilt walkers, dancers, and strolling musicians. The area was set up with various kiosks where guests could taste authentic Greek beverages like ouzo and raki. As part of the experience, attendees had the opportunity to meet local characters, including palm readers, and participate in activities such as making “Kompoloi” (Greek worry beads) and enjoying original Greek coffee. Traditional sweets were also offered to the guests. After dinner, the guests were invited to the dance floor, where they danced traditional dances such as Zorba and Syrtaki, threw flowers, and smashed plates—an iconic Greek tradition where people break plates during large celebrations.
